Ben Long was suddenly taken from us at the young age of 14 on July 28, 2016 in a tragic car accident.
Ben was born on November 6, 2001 to Pat and Joy Long in Havre, Montana. At four months he and the rest of his family moved to Lindon, CO, where he attended Woodlin School. He played football and basketball for the Arickaree/Woodlin Co-op. Ben has a huge impact on the community through FFA and 4-H where he passionately raised and showed livestock.
Ben is leaving behind his parents Pat and Joy Long, sister Stormey, brothers P.J. and Alex, three grandmothers and a grandfather, four uncles, three aunts, and fourteen cousins.
Funeral arrangements are being made by the Bowin funeral home in Akron CO. A memorial serivce will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Country Baptist Chapel in Lindon. Memorial donations can be made in memory of Ben to the Woodlin School FFA.
