Darlene Grass, 68, died Wednesday night, September 28, 2022, at her home in Englewood, CO, where she lived the past 34 years. She was born in Pico Rivera, CA to the late William Ray Graff (1982) and the late Mildred Juanita Rose (Edelen) Graff (1988). She was preceded in death by her brother Carl L. Graff (1975).
Surviving is her daughter, Lindsie: 2 grandsons, Devon and Joseph: 2 brothers, Ron Graff (Linda) and Bill Graff (Ernistine): 5 nieces and nephews, Robert, Barbie, Tonya, Willie, and Michael: and multiple great (11), and great, great (6) nieces and nephews.
Darlene spent 17 years at Burt Chevrolet where she met and made many lifelong friends. She most recently worked for O'Reilly Auto Parts where she very much enjoyed her job.
Darlene was an avid Broncos fan, enjoyed nights at the Colorado National Speedway with her racing family, and made the trip to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally for over 20 years straight. Her most accomplished achievement is her daughter, Lindsie, whom she loved beyond words and of whom she was incredibly proud. Their close bond was very special and will be sorely missed. Darlene also shared close relationships with her grandsons. Sharing time on the phone, spoiling them with shopping excursions, movies, and quality time together.
She was strongly and deeply loved by her family. She was a loving friend, a loyal confidante, and she will be so incredibly missed!
A memorial service will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Washington County Event Center. Memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or to the Roundup River Ranch.
