Donna Marie Elliott, 68 of Northglenn, passed away on August 2, 2016 at the St. Anthony North Health Campus in Westminster.
Donna Elliott was born on October 24, 1947 to James Henry Elliott and Beulah Margaret (Dilka) Elliott. Donna was a homemaker for many years, raising five children: DeAnn, Jim, Jeremy, Jeffery, and Jason. She was a great seamstress, baker, and quilter, as well as the family historian. In recent years, she worked for Walmart as a cashier. She was very friendly and would go out of her way to make those around her happy.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents, brother Michael Henry Elliott, and sister Beth Margaret Elliott. She is survived by her daughter DeAnn Besaw, sons Jim (Heather) Heater, Jeremy (Tisha) Heater, Jeffrey Heater, and Jason (Amanda) Heater; grandchildren Emily M., Eric, Katelyn, Kevin, Erica, Ashley, James, Brendan, Miles, Emily H., Aiden, Carsten, and Peyton; and great-grandchildren Carson and Colby. She is also survived by her brothers Jim (Kathi) Elliott and Bill (Susie) Zion; sister Terri Elliott; nephews Josh, Jake, and Ryan, and nieces Tracy and Amy. She was a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to all.
A funeral service will be held Monday, August 8, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Westminster Christian Church 3575 W 96th Ave. Westminster, CO. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Akron Cemetery in Akron, CO. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
