Our Angel, Kyle Bortner, born August 21, 1994, finished his assignment on Earth on Monday, December 20, 2021.

Kyle is survived by his parents John and Beth Bortner;2 brothers Jason Winterbottom and Jeffrey Winterbottom; and his sister Sarah Bortner Hoyer.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the Akron Cemetery Gazebo at 1:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help with expenses.

He loved life to the fullest!  He was loved by all.  He was an angel on earth; now he is an angel in Heaven.  Always smiling and making others smile and laugh.  He was the strongest man we knew.  He loved music and drawing.  We all learned the true meaning of love and life from Kyle.  He will be missed by all that knew him.
