Leyton Spicknall Laybourn was born March 30, 1986 to Stanley G. and Lea Ann Laybourn in Brush, Colorado. He attended Arickaree School and graduated Arickaree High School with the class of 2004. He attended NJC for one year before enlisting in the U.S. Navy in December of 2005. Leyton was honorably discharged in 2007 and was employed by Dean Foods in Greeley, Colorado. Leyton married Nichole Armstrong on July 24, 2017. His hobby and life were welding and robotics. Leyton was preceded in death by his sister Monica Rae and beloved Grandfather Erb Spicknall and Grandmother Alice Laybourn. He is survived by his wife, Nichole and his coming child, son Hunter, mother Lea Ann, father Stan, sister Rochelle, brother-in-law Justin, nieces, Taylor and Riley, and nephew Clay.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 at the First Presbyterian Church of Akron. Inurnment will be held at the Cope Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Leyton Laybourn Memorial Fund.
