Pamela Sue Hicks was born on March 14, 1957, the first born of Eugene and Barbara (Naill) Eisenbarth. She grew up in the Keenesburg area and graduated from Weld Central Jr/Sr High School in 1975.

Growing up she worked at Young's Grocery Store washing and stacking pop bottles and washing the front windows where she loved to visit with customers. Then later she worked at Francis Dry Goods.

That is where she first met Robby. He came in to buy a fishing license and had the courage to call her for their first date. They were married on December 2nd, 1975.

They were blessed with two daughters, Paulette Kristene (Kristi) and Megan Michelle. They were grateful for all the ball games, dances, and extra activities that these sweethearts took them to.

She worked for Washington County for 39 Years. She was encouraged to get her appraisal license and finish up her last few years there meeting several friendly but not happy property owners. The friends that she made there were priceless and she had a special place in her heart for them all.

Preceding Pam in death were her daughter Megan, her father Eugene Eisenbarth and her in-laws Ted and Avis Hicks.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Rob Hicks of Akron, daughter and son in law, Kristi and Joe Roth of Littleton, her grandchildren, Quinn, Hayden, and Marissa Roth, her mother Barb (Naill) Eisenbarth of St Francis, KS and her two brothers Gene Eisenbarth of St Francis, KS and Greg (Linda) Eisenbarth of Lafayette, CO and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Monday, December 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of Akron.  Inurnment will follow at the Akron Cemetery.  Memorial donations can be sent to the Akron United Methodist Church or the Akron Library.
