Ronald Edward Wyman, 84 of Lindon, passed away on October 8, 2023 at a care center in La Jara, Colorado.  Ronald was born April 8, 1939 in Shaw, CO to Ray and Thelma (Shader) Wyman, the third of four children.

He graduated from Lindon High School in 1957.  On September 6, 1959, he was united in marriage to Rozella Riemenschneider in Akron, CO.  To this union, 3 children were born: Ronette, Connie, and Wayne.

Ron worked for Washington County in Road and Bridge  department for over 40 years.   Ron also farmed, raising wheat and feed for his cattle.  Ron was a lifelong member of the Woodlin Lions Club.  Ron loved watching tv, especially old westerns.

Ron was baptized in 1981 and a member of the Baptist Country Chapel ever since.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Rozella, son Wayne, and brothers Jay Wyman, Dean Wyman, and David Wyman.

He is survived by his daughters Ronette (Bill) DePue and Connie (David) Chavez; 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Opal Jefferson, Shirley Riemenschneider, and Linda Riemenschneider; brother-in-law Verle (Buni) Riemenschneider, well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.at the Baptist Country Chapel in Lindon, CO.  A private family inurnment will be held at the Glen Cemetery at a later date.  Memorial donations may be made to the Baptist Country Chapel or to the Southwest Washington County Fire Department.  Bowin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
