Juanita Ruth Morris, 66 of Otis, formerly of Weiser, Idaho, passed away on January 8, 2014 at the North Colorado Medical Center with her family at her side.
Ruth was the 2nd of 3 children born to Raymond and Juanita Clark. She was born on October 29, 1947 in Anderson , Indiana. Ruth had five children: Denise, Allen, Darryl, Harlan, and Becky.
Following high school, she attended June's Hair Careers. Ruth worked as a hairdresser her entire career, until her health forced her to retire. She loved the outdoors. She especially enjoyed hunting and fishing and gathering huckleberries and mushrooms. She also enjoyed crocheting and reading, as well as an old black and white western.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Raymond, and her granddaughter Elliyana. She is survived by her five children Denise Spangler, Allen Morris, Darryl Morris, Harlan (Rhonda) Morris, and Becky Wilson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and her sister Connie King.
According to her wishes, Ruth was cremated, and no public service will be held. Bowin Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
