Theunis Kruger was born September 24, 1974 in South Africa out of the marriage of Theunis Johannes Kruger and Elouise Zietsman in Welgemoed.  Theunis was an exceptional rugby player and had a deep love for the African bushveldt.  He was a very hard-working man.  "That is why our hearts are in so much pain because you were pulled from our lives so suddenly and it is so very unreal."

It is with deep sorrow that we are saying farewell to our son, dad, brother, brother-in-law and sister-in-law and friends.  Those who mourn him are parents, Theunis Johannes Kruger and Elouise Zietsman, sisters, Ellen Hatting and Minette Kruger; daughter, Mari-Lou Kruger , Andries Kruger,  Brother; sons Ruan Kruger and Tlaan Kruger, Rest in peace

You were ripped away from us at the age of 48 years.  We could have learned from you so much..  Our peace comes from knowing you are in a better place, but you will always be in our hearts.  From Marius and Tracy, we are going to miss you little brother.  Rest in Peace.

A memorial service will be held Friday, October 8 at 10:00 a.m. at Bowin Funeral Home.
