In 1983, she retired from trucking. She then worked at several local odd jobs to help occupy her time. Vi loved all of God's furry creatures and enjoyed feeding the ducks that lived on the park ponds. Vi was preceded in death by both her parents and her second husband Ed. She is survived by her son Gary, Daughter-in-law Wanda, and five grandchildren. A private family service has been scheduled.
