William Ray Walker Jr "Billy" was welcomed into this world on October 1, 1961 to Rachel Mae Quebbeman (Atwood) and William Ray Walker Sr.    He returned to his parents on March 31, 2026 at the age of 64.

His grandparents were Hazel Louise (Porter), William Guy Atwood, Christie Sager (Peggy) and James Walker.  He is survived by one older brother John Guy McCord and a sister Crystal Louise Cruse.  Billy also has one younger brother Samuel Walker, nobody has heard from since 1981.  He is also survived by numerous cousins, an aunt, uncle and many friends.
